How do you use empathy once you have gained it?
In order to establish that you can guide people to success, through the service or product that you provide, you need to show that you understand them. People trust people who understands them. Empathy is the hook for great content which engages people.

Empathy is part of how you tell your story to your client and show that you can guide them.
Once you understand peoples inner frustrations, caused by external problems, you can then create content that people can relate to.
You can't create powerful content that connects with people without empathy.
Empathy doesn't just happen. It is a dedicated discipline to involve the client and gather their opinions and input, as often as possible.
